Energy Practitioner, Karen D. Kimbrough, Certified Life Coach, International Speaker and Trainer originally from New York City is currently based in Marietta, GA. Part of Karen’s journey took her on a path as primary Caregiver for her mother Darlene. This was a totally new experience, major role reversal, steep learning curve and one of the toughest yet most rewarding experiences in her life. During this journey, Karen’s health and wellness became challenged greatly. Life lessons she learned after two personal Emergency Room experiences made her pause and consider the importance of self-care. Out of this experience, Karen began working on a Self-Care project and campaign for Caregivers. Her latest work is a book called “Caregiver ABCs to Survival”.
